ABOUT THE ROLE
● Lead, mentor, and develop the KAM team, ensuring they meet performance targets and supporting their professional growth
● Set and monitor team KPIs, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive success in account management
● Oversee onboarding, training, and communication between the KAM team and senior management to ensure strategic alignment
● Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
● Conceptualize, develop, and execute detailed strategic Business Development campaigns
● Lead the KAM team in acquiring sellers, groups, communities, or LGUs that can bring many users to join and use the company for their business.
● Responsible for managing relationships with sellers, groups, or LGUs after the acquisition, including supporting these sellers' onboarding, training, and incubation process
● Provide market insights from the seller's perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
● Assist in troubleshooting seller’s issues and concerns and liaise with internal departments -Operations, Payments, and Marketing
● Analyze markets and look at key trends to identify new growth markets
● Develop other cross-functional strategies to grow brands’ businesses and ensure smooth operations
● Develop Key Account Management Plans for new and existing sellers. Utilize existing tools to develop strategic plans
● Collaborate with other teams in facilitating campaigns for newly launched products
KEY QUALIFICATATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
● Has at least 10 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years of which in a people management role; experience in a startup and ecommerce is a plus
● Passionate about business digitization, website design & development
● Must have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
● Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PPT) and G-Suite
● Experience in B2B marketing for a tech startup is preferred
