- Utilize your expertise in global HR shared services to provide efficient and effective support to employees and HR business partners across different regions.
- Leverage your proficiency in HR tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP to perform data analysis, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely assistance and delivering high-quality service.
- Adaptability to work in a flexible schedule, accommodating shifts covering both EU and US time zones to meet the needs of our global workforce.
Key Requirement:
- Proven experience in global HR shared services, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP, with the ability to navigate systems, generate reports, and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts covering EU and US time zones, ensuring continuous support for our global operations.
