Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring proper processing of member availments under the group hospitalization program.
• Conduct hospital visits for confined clients, advising on benefits, cost-saving options, and overseeing discharge processes.
• Monitor reimbursement claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Work closely with patients, providers, and hospitals to address documentation and service needs.
• Consult with Medical Coordinators and Network Provider Physicians for recommendations and approvals.
• Maintain strong relationships and represent the company in discussions and meetings.

Qualifications

• Nursing/Medical background is required.
  • Must meet at least one of the following criteria:
    1. Have working experience as a Liaison or in the HMO industry; or
    2. Registered Nurse (Fresh graduates are welcome if they are in the top 5% of candidates based on aptitude and potential).
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas with occasional night shifts.
• Familiar with medical indications for adjudication.
• Comfortable conducting hospital visits.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to innovate in healthcare.
