Job Description:
Rtbdemand Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our network of web publishers, gaming publishers, app publishers, and more. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new publishers while maintaining and enhancing partnerships with existing GCCP partners. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to help publishers maximize their revenue through our Google and Prebid partnerships, while also working with a diverse set of H5 publishers, in-app publishers, and those with Video OTT inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new web, gaming, app, and OTT publishers
  • Build and nurture successful partnerships with publishers to increase their revenue through Google and Prebid integrations.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with GCCP partners, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
  • Develop and expand partnerships with H5 publishers, in-app publishers, and publishers with Video OTT inventory.
  • Handle the company’s brand image by regularly posting relevant updates and content on LinkedIn.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
  • Support the ad operations team in ensuring the effective execution of publisher campaigns.

Requirements:
  • BCOM/MBA graduates with a minimum aggregate of 70%.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A keen understanding of digital advertising and programmatic partnerships.
  • Previous experience in business development or partnerships is a plus (Freshers with strong interest will be considered).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
  • Passion for networking and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Familiarity with Prebid, Google Ad Manager, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Need folks having expereince in Publisher sales in JP/US/HK markets specifically
  • Having expereince working on H5 links and gaming developers a plus
  • Experience working with app developers for publishing a huge plus
