What We Need

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and develop new leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our EEG technology solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings, stay updated on industry trends, and articulate technical features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transitions to the implementation team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to the development of sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:
  • Proven inside sales experience: 5 years and above
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in the medical device or technology industry.
  • Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot software and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with neuroscience, EEG technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
