We are currently hiring for the Senior Operations Manager position. The role involves meeting and exceeding business objectives, ensuring the consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver operational metrics and targets.
  • Engage proactively with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure KPI targets are met, including service levels, customer experience, quality, and compliance.
  • Establish clear communication and engagement models.
  • Identify and implement operational best practices.
  • Motivate and manage Operations personnel.
  • Demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and strategic skills.
  • Translate business strategy into daily operations.
  • Set and review quality standards.
  • Manage client engagement and influence stakeholders.
 
Requirements:
  • Six Sigma training or certification is required, with at least a Green Belt certification.
  • Comprehensive expertise in the role's focus area.
  • Skill in re-engineering operations and policy formulation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computerized business systems.
  • Data analysis and report preparation skills.
  • Knowledge of program planning and administration.
  • Resource organization and priority setting.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
