- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with global sales forecasts. Implement innovative sales models to drive market penetration and growth.
- Sales Performance and Channel Development: Be accountable for sales performance and responsible for expanding sales channels. Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets through effective channel management and development.
- Order Management: Ensure meticulous order management with timely follow-up on sales orders and collections. Streamline the sales process to meet or exceed set targets, leveraging your expertise in sales execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including regional trends, competitor tracking, and forecasting potential customer demand. Utilize insights to develop targeted sales strategies and anticipate market dynamics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen customer relationships by collaborating with the client decision-making chain to influence positive outcomes and ensure successful project closures. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Regularly visit customers and maintain daily communication to stay attuned to their evolving needs. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and anticipate customer needs to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Team Building and Management: Oversee the post-sales phase by building and managing a competent sales team. Ensure the team is well-trained and motivated to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
【Requirements】
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven hospital sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products.
- Language Proficiency: English can be used as a working language.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to navigate and apply local business practices and regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape and its regulatory environment is a significant advantage.
