Key Responsibilities
:
  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, ensuring efficient time allocation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to optimize executives' time.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate schedules.
  • Provide daily updates to executives on their schedule and any changes.
  • Ensure all meetings and deadlines are met with proper preparation time.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling, executive assistance, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with executives or senior management.
