We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Development Manager. Due to recent developments, we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in fintech companies, particularly in P2P lending. The ideal candidate will have robust financial expertise, including financial statement interpretation, financial modelling, and portfolio management. This role is a highly intensive client facing role and demands exceptional interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships with sophisticated investors, high net worth individuals, and investment management firms.

Work Setup: Remote  ; Full-time; Morning shift; Must be residing in the Philippines
Training : 2 weeks in Bali, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value investors and partners, focusing on expanding our platform's reach and market presence.
  • Investor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with inquiring clients and partnering investment management firms.
  • Communicate our value proposition effectively and address investor queries and concerns. Financial Analysis: Leveraging on their extensive financial background to support sell-side investment initiatives and strategies. Market Research:
  • Stay current with trends in Financial Technology, Economics, Global Investment Landscape and P2P lending, providing insights and recommendations for adapting our business development strategies.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to potential investors and partners, showcasing our platform's value and growth potential.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including CRM, presentation materials and marketing, to ensure alignment between business development efforts and overall company goals.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a business development role within fintech firms, with a preference for experience in P2P lending companies.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modelling, and portfolio management. Proven track record of leveraging financial analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage with sophisticated investors and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Language Proficiency: Flawless English (both written and spoken) is required. Trend Awareness: In-depth understanding of current trends in relevant fields.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
