Software Engineer (Hybrid-Makati)

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of software projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to define project specifications, objectives, and timelines.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code primarily using TypeScript and React, following best practices in software development.
• Utilize project management tools such as Linear to track project milestones, manage tasks, and facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews, embracing opportunities for learning and growth guided by more experienced team members.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and software development practices to improve personal skills and contribute to the team’s success.
• Occasionally attend office meetings, project kick-offs, and other collaborative activities while primarily working remotely.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development, with a portfolio or examples of previous projects.
• Strong foundation in TypeScript and React, with an understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Creative and effective problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.
