We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, data analysis, and campaign management.
Work Setup: Onsite 6 days - Morning shift; Fulltime ; Up to 100k commensurate to work experience
Develop and optimize marketing workflows, sequences, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing players.
Create personalized marketing strategies for different player segments to maximize engagement and conversion.
Continuously monitor and adjust triggers to improve relevance and effectiveness.
Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve ROI.
Optimize content based on player feedback and engagement metrics.
Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance player loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience: Prior experience in the gaming industry or a comparable position.
Certification: Credentials in marketing automation platforms or digital marketing.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and extracting actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects concurrently.
