HR Generalist (Makati)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Employee Relations:
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities.
  • Help maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication between employees and management.
• HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
  • Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
