Job Overview:
As a Sales Agent for Sinocare, you will be responsible for driving sales, establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting Sinocare’s portfolio of medical products, including diabetes management solutions, diagnostic tools, and related healthcare technologies. You will be part of a high-performance sales team and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Actively promote and sell Sinocare’s products to healthcare professionals, distributors, and institutions within your assigned region or territory.
- Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to effectively position Sinocare products.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, healthcare providers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sinocare’s product range and communicate their benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals, clinics, and institutions to showcase the features and benefits of Sinocare products.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close sales agreements, ensure terms are clear, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, addressing any product issues, ensuring proper usage, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the company’s CRM system. Prepare regular reports for management.
- Training & Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to share customer insights, suggest product improvements, and develop targeted sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries. Experience with diabetes-related products or diagnostic devices is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with medical devices, diagnostic tools, or healthcare solutions is a plus, but not mandatory. Willingness to quickly learn about Sinocare’s product offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products effectively to a range of healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Customer Focused: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel: Willingness to travel within your assigned region or territory as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals, clinics, or distributors in the medical device industry.
