A Singapore headquartered investment banking advisory firm, is looking to hire an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate based in Manila, Philippines.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent financial modeling skills, and a passion for the finance industry. As an Investment Banking Analyst / Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in the execution of a variety of transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Deal and Transaction Management: Planning, execution, milestone tracking, follow-ups for deliverables from all parties, coordination with appointed third parties such as lawyers, accounting firms and other 3rd party service providers appointed by buyer/seller/client/investor.

- Client management, stakeholders management, and management of various work streams.

- Conduct business meetings with or without MDs, deal/project team management and deal/project completion.

- Production of Deal materials- due diligence report, NDA, deal teaser, corporate/deal presentation, financial models, information memorandums, sector/industry analysis, trading/transaction comparables.

Qualifications:

-Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting or management.

-Knowledge of project management tools is a plus but not necessary.

-Ability to speak a regional language is a plus but not necessary.

-Experience working at an investment house, PE or VC is a plus.
