Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new features.
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications that meet design and product requirements.
- Ensure the technical feasibility, scalability, and performance of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability; implement performance best practices.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services for seamless user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and development practices.
- Stay current with front-end trends and apply new knowledge to projects.
- Translate UI mockups and UX user stories into functional HTML pages using the Design System.
- Contribute to front-end documentation for team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- 4-6 years of front-end development experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiar with Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Git.
- Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive applications that are cross-browser compatible.
- Experience integrating front-end components with back-end services, ideally PHP.
- Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and optimizing for performance.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
