This is a critical individual contributor role responsible for the commercialization of differentiated and innovative digital software products in the Automotive & Fintech areas. The role focuses on formulating and operationalizing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy in the Philippines. The Sales Lead will manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, relationship nurturing, prospecting, demos, proposals, pricing, and contracting. The individual will drive key metrics around pipeline, including Total Contract Value (TCV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), in addition to fiscal revenues. They will leverage support from the leadership team and work closely with product and engineering teams to execute sales strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the Philippines GTM strategy, focusing on country-specific customer segments and market/technology trends.
  • Drive lead generation and qualified pipeline development through personal networks, corporate connections, referrals, external sales partners, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the engagement process from qualification through demo, proof of concept (PoC), proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive long-term benefits, including client referenceability and market credibility.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions address customer pain points, product fit, and integration with legacy systems.
  • Propose solutions with optimal pricing and commercial terms, maximizing monetization while delivering a strong value proposition to customers.
  • Negotiate final contracts that align with corporate governance requirements and foster long-term, fair relationships with customers.
  • Ensure smooth handover of the opportunity and customer relationship to product/engineering teams for successful delivery and long-term success.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with a Fintech background.
  • Experience in both technical and business aspects is preferred, with required exposure to the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales in the Philippines, with proven success in customer-facing roles (sales or business development) within the Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in SaaS or software product sales environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.
  • Team player capable of working with multiple stakeholders across different locations.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
