Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for property and property-tech sectors.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including PPC management across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize for results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
- Oversee the company’s online presence, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices for improved visibility.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that drive ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or director-level role.
- Strong experience in property marketing; property-tech startup experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Expertise in PPC management, ad strategy, and cross-platform campaign optimization.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO and best practices for website optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
