About the team
In this role, you are responsible in making an impact on the team and category growth within eCommerce industry. The role will be for TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for a cluster/category;
- Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans;
- Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks;
- Implement and manage important merchant strategies; - lead the category team, ensuring OKRs are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 years of experience in ecommerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experience
- Have an in-depth knowledge of e-commerce ecosystem, value proposition and writing business proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Strong project delivery, commercial negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen
- Team management Experience
- Familiar with the e-commerce industry
