Video Editor (Work From Home - Night Shift)
About the Client
Works with top influencers and podcasters to help them grow their online following and monetize their content. We are a fully remote company with 40+ team members around the world. Some of our clients include hosts from Shark Tank, the world's #1 Executive Business Coach, and Top Podcasters who receive 1 Million+ downloads a month and regularly rank as the #1 podcast in their niche on Apple Podcasts.
Work Setup : Full-time; Work From Home; Night Shift; 40k Salary; Must be residing in Philippines
Job Responsibilities:
- Take over the production of 10-15 clips, 30-60 seconds in length, each week within 30 days
- Take over the Creation of thumbnails for all clips you produce within 30 days (titles provided by producer)
- Monitor key competitor accounts and make recommendations for new production techniques within 45 days. Continue to monitor accounts and submit a brief to production team monthly.
Job Qualifications:
- Exceptional video editing skills
- High standards. Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best.
- Ability to meet with US-based team 3 times a week
- Fluent English
- No other jobs/clients
- Interest in business/entrepreneurship, podcasting, and professional development
- Can follow SOPs closely, while also knowing when to deviate if appropriate/necessary
- Experience with Riverside.fm, Descript, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere
- Can select music that pairs exceptionally well with video content
- Can create interesting thumbnails that peak curiosity
- Creativity/innovation. Ability to contribute creative ideas to improve company standards and SOPs.
- Clear communication in English. Can speak and write clearly and articulately.
- Attention to detail. Does not let important details slip through the cracks.
- Organization and planning. Plans, organizes, and schedules tasks in a productive manner.
